Today, I have received sms from my bank
" debited TDS Rs.7/- from your Bank a/c No.xxxxxx123"

Yes possible.
In case of short deduction of tds, bank authorised to debit to your principal account i.e, FD account or SB account as the case may be.
Authorization given by 'you' only. Read the terms and conditions before the signing the application.

But sir rs.7/- It's very small. I don't understand
Suppose If my interest 10050/- than TDS should be 1050/-.if bank deduct monthly than it should be 87/-.

My dear respected Shiva sir has already mentioned in there reply SHORT DEDUCTION...this might be due to short deduction
