I would like to know how to enter multiple bills pertaining to contract (94C) in tds software while filing the return, because I didn't deduct first two bills as it was 10,000 and 20,000 respectively, the third bill amount was 70,000. Kindly answer me.

You can deduct the TDS on total of Rs.1 Lakhs ( 10000+20000+70000). you can mention the credit amount as Rs.1 lakh in single deduction in TDS return since the TDS deducted on 3rd bill only.
