hello all whether a trust running schools is reqd to deduct tax on payments made to proprietor firm providing computer education in schools if yes thn whether as 194c or 194j

In my view TDS should b e deducted u/s 194J @10% if threshold limit of Rs 30000/- p.a. is crossed. If PAN not provided 20% TDS to be deducted.
