Dear Sir,
In case of one of my client (govt. Employee), deductor has not send the information to the dept.As a result tds shown in 26 AS is less than actually deducted. Hence dept. has raised a demand. What are the options available?

unless deductor does not pay and revise the tds return there is no other way out to save the demanded money
