Dear All,
I received a bill of purchase of card to be distributed to customer in order to accrue rewards points on their purchase, in bill vendor has charged VAT on full invoice and no any other taxes
please confirm whether TDS has been deducted or not

Since the vendor has charged VAT on full invoice value it will be purchase for you and as such provisions of tax deduction will not apply.
