Dear experts,
My tds is deducted @20% on interest on fd, pan no is not provided to bank for fy. 2012-13,2013-14.
can i now demand tds refund by filing return of income?????????

Yes you can claim the refund provided the interest on FD is being compensated by any deduction and the net total income is below taxable or the total income is such that part of tax liability is adjusted against the TDS amount & rest is refundable
