17 October 2014 a company assessee (pvt co.) holding TAN...in fy 13-14 has not deducted any TDS( as there was no liability to do so)...it has not filed any return regarding TDs from 1/4/2013 till today....wat are the consequences and remedy..??...

17 October 2014 there are no consequences. just file declaration for reasons for non-filing at tdscpc.gov.in
