an assessee is having shop in shopping market for which he pays maintenance charges to society. is tds applicable on maintenance charges? if yes under which head 194c or 194i

If the maintenance charges paid as per the terms of rent agreement then Section 194I will be attracted otherwise Section 194C will be attracted.
