If i hav deducted tds on 3.7.2014 bt amount is paid on 23.8.2014 then how much interest is to be paid. whether interest to be charged for 2 months or 1 month.

IN THE LAW - word is - for month or portion of month, here amount unpaid is for more than one month and therefore intt. for 2 months to be paid
