if deductee gets the credit then
how in tax collection at source buyer gets the credit?

25 July 2014 in tds, the deductee gets credit because the deducter deducts the tax from the payments made to the deductee

in tcs, seller collects tax in addition to sale consideration from the buyer, therefore buyer gets credit.
