20 June 2014 Is TDS required to be deducted on Repair & Maintenance if there is no contract done . If yes under which section?

20 June 2014 contract doesnt mean written contract...if the individual payment exceeds Rs 30000 or the total payment in the year exceeds RS 75000, tds has to be deducted under 194C.
