WE RECEIVED WATER TANK FROM WATER SUPPLIERS NO OF TWO TRUCK TRIP

CAN I DEDUCT TDS OR NOT PLEASE ADVICE.

no service is being providing there

u purchased water on home deliver conditions...

i dont think tds liability came in effect



if u had taken on rent only the tankers then for this rent amount tds will be deducted

clarify it dear

30 May 2014 no it is not tds liability on water tank .
if you take tanker then tds will liabile on tanker rent u/s 194C.
