27 March 2014 I AS A SALARIED PERSON DEDUCT TDS ON F.Y.-2010-11 BUT THE COMPANY WRONGLY DEPOSIT TDS FOR WRONG PAN BUT NOW THEY ARE DEPOSIT TDS AMOUNT.
QUESTION-1> CAN I CLAIM TDS NOW AS A SALARIED PERSON?
2> AS A NON SALARIED PERSON CAN I CLAIM TDS FOR THE F.Y.-2010-11?
