what are the points we can consider while deducting TDS of salaried employees.. can we consider their house propery loss???? or only 80C deductions are to be considered????

yes as declaration and supporting docs given by employee income from other heads also can be considered in deducting tds. . . so loss under house property considered and only taxable income if any only tds can be done
