30 December 2013 Should tds be deducted u/s 194IA even if the buyer has availed housing loan and consideration is paid by bank?

30 December 2013 Yes then also buyer liable for tds deduction u/s 194IA. Now a days banks also deduct the TDS on such payments while making payments to seller.
