24 December 2013 I have file the TDS Return for the 2nd Quarter of FY 2013-14 and have downloaded the Certificates from the site but i am not getting 1 certificate. Can any 1 tel me the reason for the same???

This could be either TDS is NIL or PAN no. is invalid.
