I HAVE PURCHASED A PROPERTY WHO'S CIRCLE RATE IS MORE THAN 50 LACS. BUT THE CONSIDERATION AGREED BETWEEN BOTH THE PARTIES IS LESS THAN 50 LACS. NOW, MY QUESTION IS THIS WHETHER TDS NEED TO BE DEDUCTED BY THE BUYER OR THEIR IS NO NEED TO DEDUCT THE TDS AS THE THE CONSIDERATION IS LESS THAN 50 LACS.
