Not a good practice to adopt anyways. Further, even if you deduct at year end, it doesn't change the incidence of deductibility. Accordingly you shall be liable to pay interest for delayed deduction and consequently for delayed deposit with govt.

Agree with Experts, Its better to follow the simple procedure than to go for tedious one.. In this way you will have to face penalties and Interest..
