I want to make the payment for UPS AMC,Let me know, The UPS AMC falls under which catagory [194C or 194J]

13 March 2009 AMC stands for Annual maint. contract. Any contract for services & supply of labour will come under sec 194C. Hence you need to deduct the TDS on that.
