tds not deducted u/s. 194c on courier charges accounted for march 2013, shall we deduct the same in 2013-14? what is the implication on issue of form 16A.

Deduct the TDS and deposit the same along with interest and file the revised return of respective quarter. Once return is processed you can download the form 16A which will include the amount deducted and deposited later.
