10 April 2013 I wanted to know if my company is liable to deduct TDS on Escrow Fees paid to the Bank

11 April 2013 please clarify in which respect escrow fees is paid to the bank..

because for giving opinion we have to know about the transinction regarding which escrow account is opened...
