for filing TDS Return for the A.Y. 2013-14 FOR SALARY

IF THERE IS NO TAX OR BELOW TAXABLE INCOME (AFTER CLAIMING EXEMPTION U/S 80C)- IS TO BE FILE THE TDS RETURN OR NOT .......

PLS DO THE NEED FULL

02 April 2013 You have to file TDS return when you have liable to deduct the tax...in your case you are not liable to deduct it so there is no such prob for TDS return filing.
