15 February 2013 We are paying Freight charges ( Carriage Outwards) to our vendor Aramax, kindly confirm whether we need to deduct Tds?

15 February 2013 transporters having PAN are no longer subjected to TDS u/s 194C

15 February 2013 if it is transporter then no need to deduct TDS if it have given you PAN.
in tds return NIL data will be entered with PAN.
