29 August 2012 One of my client have engaged in the business of news paper. my client have subscribed photo service from an agency,so on the said service tds should be deducted u/s 194 c or 194 j. In the bill of the party it is mentioned as "subscription for photo service"

& Can U Elaborate Some Point in Regard to Photo Service.

Just Take Points in Mind..
if Its a Service Which is Done by Some Professionals / Technical Then Its 194J.

Otherwise 194C.
