what is the impact for TDS deducted on the exempted income whether it is considered as tax paid in advance? if yes, give some provisional evidence or what else?

TDS is always considered as advance tax. in return you deduct it from tax as advance tax and for calculating interest it is also deducted with advance tax.

I think it will be refunded as the income was exempt
