13 July 2012 When will form 16 & Form 16-a be issued? Ie. Can it be issued to a person with NIL deduction
Will gross amount be reflected in Form 16?

18 July 2012 Form 16 will issued in Case of Salary
Form 16A will issued in case of other than Salary.

Yes it can be issued to a person with NIL deduction if he ask the same.

Yes gross amount is reflected in Form 16/16A
