hi.. i wan to know who will be eligible for claiming an expense.. a person who merely pays the tds or the person who incurrs the expense.. like if Mr. A pays to Mr. B for say proffesional service after deducting tds on behalf of Mr. C.. then is Mr. A eligible for claiming the expense or Mr. B? since tds is paid by Mr. A.. please answer this.. i need a reply at the earliest.. with reference to act. thank you in advance.
