We hired a generator @ Rs.65000/- per month as our DG in under repair. we don't have any contract with him. what will be percentage of TDS?

This is the case of Machinery on rent and it wont at all form part of 194C. The rate for deduction of tax shall be 2% in case PAN of the deductee is available, else 20%
