TDS RATE CHART FINANCIAL YEAR 2010-11 AND ASSESSMENT YEAR 2011-12 for payments made to residents is given below under varous section with cut off limits.Further it is clarified that if person has not provided or provided invalid pan then rate applicable for that payment or 20 % is applicable for deduction .However this rule is applicable only if person has crossed cut off Limits given under respective heads.
