I have two doubts kinldly clarify:
1.Is any tax is to be deducted for Transportation of Water through a pipeline.
2.If Pipeline is maintained by the Person whose business activity is not water transportation under which rate and what section TDs is to be deductible if TDS is appliable
Please send me case laws if any.
