08 February 2011 AMount paid to First Flight Courier Ltd (more than Rs.120,000 during the year)for goods transport services.

Whether TDS will be applicable or not because First Flight courier ltd might be register as courier service provider and not as transporter.

08 February 2011 In case a transporter furnishes his PAN No. no TDS is required to be deducted.

In case First Flight is engaged in Transport Services, you need not to deduct any TDS.
The services rendered by them as a transporter only are relevant in your case.
