16 October 2009 The work done before 30th sept-09 but bill raised in oct -09 whther we have to spply the old tds rates or new tds rates.

please resolve the above query

16 October 2009 If bill dated after 30.9.09 then surely u are booking this in OCT-09 and new rates are applicable.
