29 April 2014 We paid to Vendors Rs. 31460/- including Service Tax (Rs. 28000/- AMC + Rs 3460/- Service Tax) kindly suggest me we deduct the TDS on AMC Charges or not

29 April 2014 As service tax is separately shown in Invoice, eligible amount for TDS is Rs.28000/-. No TDS should be there from my point of view.
