16 January 2014 Whether TDS should be deducted u/s 194c or 194j for freight and other payments made to freight forwarding companies for services rendered,?

Pls provide a supporting case law for the same ,

16 January 2014 Freight is specifically covered u/s 194C. Therefore TDS has to be deducted under this section and not u/s 194J.
