01 January 2014 TDS deduct by C.M.O under category sub contractor and Form 16A issue by C.M.O but not credited in Form 26AS and ITR filed according to Form 16A but TDS not credited in Form 26AS so demand is rising than how do i claim the refund of TDS

01 January 2014 It is suggested that you should check the form 16A issued by them with a unique code & whether it is generated from TRACES or not.

if not then they have not Paid and/or filed the TDS amount & return

you will get the credit only if the same is paid and filed
