31 December 2012 I know Tds rate & tds examtion limit but i dont khow why we deduct the TDS from invoice.
pl tell me why we deduct the TDS because max people filed the income tax return.

31 December 2012 it is mode of paying income tax to government. some of people doesn't pay income tax so government introduce that scheme.
