Dear Experts,
What is the due date to file TCS credit received for the month of Oct'18?
Can we take TCS credit for the month of Oct'17 while filing Nov'18 GSTR-3B?
What is the due date to file TCS credit received for the month of Oct'18?
Can we take TCS credit for the month of Oct'17 while filing Nov'18 GSTR-3B?

TCS credit is reflected in the electronic ledger of the respective supplier once TCS is return is filed. For October 2018 the due date to file the return is 10th November 2018. Thus credit may be taken as and when the credit is reflected in the cash ledger.
