29 October 2010 We are Trader of forest Wood (wooden Planks) liable to deduct tcs or not ...bcoz from which we purchase from various parties they not deducted to us TCS ?

29 October 2010 TCS is applicable @ 2.5% sale. whoever is making the sale has to collect the tax and to be deposited.
