Is the annonymous donations received by the fully religious trusts fully chargeable or it is fully exempt as per provisions amended by the finance act 2009????

The amendment is not applicable for a trust established wholly for religious purposes. In other words anonymous donations received by such trusts will not be taxed as per section 115BBC(1).

Annonymous donations received by religious trust is not taxable.
