a building consisting of 6 apartments has let out its terrace to a mobile tower. rent received during the year 129659& TDS deducted of rs 23540.applied for pan in the status of a o p. the rent received is applied exclusively for maintaining the building.taxability of the rent recd???

Income received shall be assessed under the head income from house property.
