When a NRI is taxed in India

A non resident is taxable in india for all his income accruing and arising to him or deemed to accrue and arise to him in India. Please see section 5, section 9 and section 195 of the IT Act for better undersanding. This is a big subject which involves a lot of tecnicalities.
