Better way is to work in taxation department of some company and simultaneously read tax enactments and books to grasp the knowledge for your own job satisfaction. By this way you can not only learn faster then study but also will get job satisfaction leading to happy life... Therefore it is suggested to go for other company if no possibility in current company to change the department.
