I want to know in case of An Annual Maintenance contract from a Vendor Company for Onsite on call support (check point, websense and junipers) for particular times peroid for offical website of buyer's company for , would be taxed u/s 194 (c) or 194 (j)???

Thank you sir. I was confuse because of contractual service wherein 194(c) apply. but the nature of service here is technical maint. Ok.
