Dear Experts, Is "cotton coated fabrics" ( knowns as artificial leather) taxable according to MVAT? Please provide with reference, of the answer.

It is chargeable with full rate i.e.14%,This includes,articial leather,foam leather,rexine,lastic sheets,coated plastic and HDPE fabrics,sheets etc,except linoleum flooring sheets which are charged 5%....mjk
