10 September 2009 If a contractor is raising bill in March'09 for services rendered in Feb'09 then what will be rate of service tax charged by the contractor.

Is it
01.02.09 to 24.02.09 @ 12.36%
25.02.09 to 28.02.09 @ 10.30%
