Taxability on reimbursement of business related expenses

Whether entertainment reimbursement related to business is exempt from tax to employee.

If it is to the extent related to the business of the company, then only it will be allowed. I have seen in many cases of my client they book the personal expenses as well in entertainment expense such as shopping, family travelling, household expenses, same will not be allowed by AO if case comes under scrutiny.
