can anyone plz tell me, i opened up a vodafone store where i m going to sell only vodafone sim cards and mobile phones which are provided by vodafone under some scheme. m confused regarding classification of taxability of this service.

sir can u plz tell me, do i need to get myself regisered under service tax since my service is in negative list? or need to follow any other compliances regarding service tax? thank u

Since your output services are in the negative list, there is no need for registration under service tax as long as you do only these services.
