My friend is a non-resident and he has launched a website which is registered in India for online shopping.

Kindly help me with the taxability of income from such business in India and the tax rates.

03 October 2014 since the PE shall be considered to be in India, the profits from such PE shall be taxed in India only subject to the provisions of the relevant DTAA
