CLIENT HAS EARNED A EXEMPT INCOME ABROAD IN THE NATURE OF SALARY. HE IS ORDINARY RESIDENT IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
DOES HE HAVE TO PAY INCOME TAX ON EXEMPT INCOME?

if he is R N OR then he needs to include this income in his s return as income from salary and it doesnt matter whether its exempted outside india or not.
