Tax treatment of ngo

03 October 2014 An NGO was registerd in 2010-11 but it has not filed any return till 2012-13. sir i want to know what are the steps are to be followed while filing return. it has not received any donation from any organisation till now, the members are using their own money to run the NGO.

03 October 2014 unless you have a section 12A/12AA registration, file ITR5 for Ay 2014-15 and AY 2013-14. you cannot file for years before that...
